My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and ethically grounded. My work is informed by current evidence-based practices and integrates aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), humanistic, and interpersonal therapies.
